Our Class Schedule has changed so please head to your Parent Portal or use our website to pick a new class day/time to enroll in. The number of classes being offered has been reduced and classes have been staggered to allow for social distancing in the gym. We are asking that everyone in the building over the age of 2, including athletes, wear masks before, during, and after their class.

We are proud to offer a wide variety of classes for boys and girls, 6th grade & up. These classes are designed specifically for teenage athletes. They allow teens to explore, grow, and develop their skill sets while feeling comfortable in a class full of peers their own age. Classes focus on everything from learning the basics and perfecting technique to mastering higher level skills.
- Teen Tumble
- 6th Grade & Up, Co-ed
- 1 Hour
Focus for this class is placed on building the basic tumbling skills. Participants in this class also work on strengthening muscles needed for tumbling. As athletes progress, they will start learning the flip flop! Any athlete 6th grade and older interested in working on their basic tumbling skills all the way up to flip flops is encouraged to join this class!Register for Class
- Teen Rec Gymnastics
- 6th Grade & Up
- 1 Hour & 15 Minutes
This class is designed for those 6th grade or older who are interested in working on their gymnastics basics. Whether you have been away from the sport for a while, or are just developing an interest in the sport for the first time, participants will focus on building their gymnastics fundamentals on all events.Register for Class - Girls Register for Class - Boys
Trial Class: Not sure if your child is ready to begin classes or if they will enjoy themselves?
Sign up for a trial class for $10 to see if it’s a good fit without the commitment! If you star enjoys the class, and signs up the same day, the $10 trial fee will be applied to your tuition as a credit. Trial classes can be scheduled in person or by calling our Front Desk.
Solos/Duos/Trios/Quads: A Solo/Duo/Trio/Quad Lesson is the perfect opportunity to work one-on-one or in a small group with a qualified instructor. You pick the skill(s) you want to work on and we will work with you to find a coach that best suits your needs! Lessons can also replicate a class structure.
