Flying High Camp

Here at Flying High we are trying to help you make the best of a not-so-fun situation.  Sitting in front of a computer all day will start to take its toll, and we've got the perfect solution!

Campers will be bouncing out and running off energy all day long in our gym!  While this camp will run very similar to our Summer Camp Program, we do have a few changes to accomodate our e-learners.

NEW: FLEXIBILITY is KEY! Not sure you want or need to drop your child(ren) off for the entire day? You can pre-register for half day, full day, and extended care options, or just walk in with your kids on the day you need us. We are now offering an hourly rate option without a minimum hourly commitment! At $12/hour, you can drop off the kids when you have an e-meeting, need to run errands, etc.

Walk-ins will be accepted! 

Join us for an entire week of camp, a whole day of camp, or a half day of camp!

  • Before Care: 7:30am-8am
  • Whole Day of Camp: 8am-3pm
  • Half Day Morning: 8am-11am
  • Half Day Afternoon: 12pm-3pm
  • After Care: 3pm-5:30pm

All students will be given a "junior office space" that will be theirs to use all day.  We will help guide your child's e-learning schedule and give them plenty of "play" breaks to keep them happy and focused!

Campers will have full access to our downstairs gym and will spend as much time as their schedule allows jumping, running, climbing, tumbling, and playing!

Of course all of our saftey measures will still be in place. Please click here to learn more about our new procedures and protocols.  All campers and staff will be asked to wear a mask.  Staff will monitor all children and will give as many "masks breaks" as necessary.  Campers will also be encouraged to ask for a mask break anytime they need one!  All rooms, equipment, bathrooms, tables & chairs will be sanitized before & after every use by the group.  Cleaning & sanitizing will be done by a separate staff member.

Camp is for kids ages 4 years old through 8th Grade. Exceptions may be made for younger siblings in regards to age. Camp will run 8am-3pm Monday through Friday with extended care options available for an additional fee.  Walk-ins will be accepted.  We are also now offering a new hourly drop-in rate! We are here for you and your needs, whatever they may be!

We are offering a sibling discount for whole days and half days of camp!

*Sibling discount does not apply to Drop-In rate or Before Care/After Care.

  • 10% off the 2nd sibling
  • 15% off the 3rd sibling
  • 4th sibling is FREE!

Camp will run normally with the following exceptions:

  • Campers will be asked to bring a lunch as our Cosmic Cafe will remain closed.
  • Campers are asked to bring enough water to last the day as water fountains have been turned off.
  • There will be no Field Trips.

Payment will be processed in full upon submitted registration.

*Annual Administration fee will not be charged for the FHC Drop-In option. Our Front Desk will remove that charge from your account.

Can my child attend camp if he/she is not enrolled in classes at Flying High?

Yes!

Where do I go when I arrive at Flying High?

Please enter through our Front Door.  All campers will sign-in and sign-out at our Front Desk.  A staff member will escort your camper to his/her group.

When is payment due?

Payment will be processed in full upon submitted registration.

How does billing for After Care work?

After Care is billed in 15 minute increments, 3pm-5:30pm.  Parents can add After Care to the Whole Day option OR the Half Day PM option. No discounts apply to After Care.

  • 30 min= $6
  • 45 min= $9
  • 1 hour= $12
  • 1 hour, 15 min= $15
  • 1 hour, 30 min= $18
  • 1 hour, 45 min= $21
  • 2 hours= $24
  • 2 hours, 15 min= $27

What is your refund policy?

Please notify our Front Desk and a credit will be added to your Flying High account.

What should my child wear?

Children should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing each day. We will be participating in activities indoors and outdoors on a daily basis. While in the building, children usually do not wear shoes. While out of the building, it is important for children to wear athletic shoes so he/she can walk comfortably and participate in outdoors sports and games! Please make sure your child wears athletic shoes every day or has a pair of athletic shoes to keep in his/her cubby to use when needed.

What should my child bring every day?

Children should bring their laptop/tablet, headphones, and daily e-learning schedule.

Campers are asked to bring a lunch as our Cosmic Cafe will remain closed.  Campers are also asked to bring enough water to last the day as water fountains have been turned off.

Don't forget your mask!  All campers and staff will be asked to wear a mask while in the building.    

What if my child needs to take medication?

If your child needs to take medication during camp hours, a parent/legal guardian will need to fill out a Medication Permission Form. Please email Erica, our Camp Director, for this form.

What if someone else will be picking my child up from camp?

Please notify the staff and fill out the “Camper Authorization Release Form”. You may tell a staff member in person at drop off or email Erica, our Camp Director. Children will not be released to an unauthorized pick-up person. A photo I.D. may be required.

What if I am running late to pick up my child up from camp?

Please email Erica, our Camp Director, so she is aware of the situation. We will keep your child in our care until you arrive (see Parent Handbook for exceptions). Based on the situation, you may be charged a fee for the extra time.

I reached out to the Front Desk but did not get a response back. Why is the Front Desk not answering?

Our office hours are M-Th 3:30pm until 8pm and Saturday 9am until 12:30pm. Please leave a message and we will return your call by the next business day. Thank you!
