A registration packet and physician prescription is required before scheduling with a therapist.

Children should be referred for an evaluation if they have any of the following indicators:

  • Difficulty with transitions and schedule changes (prefers a routine)
  • Poor sleeping patterns or unable to sleep through the night
  • Emotional issues or fear of new things
  • Poor attention to table top activities or unable to sit for long periods of time
  • Dislikes or seeks out any kind of movement
  • Difficulty keeping up with peers in school P.E. classes
  • Weakness or poor endurance with physical activities
  • Difficulty with gross motor activities
  • Picky eater or stuffs mouth with food
  • Chews on toys or resists having teeth brushed
  • Any feeding issues or concerns, history of reflux
  • Difficulty using their hands, fine motor concerns
