Registration Information

 

The following three forms are required for pre-registration at Flying High.

1. Registration Form 2. Rules and Policies and 3. Release and Waiver Agreement

(Not for Open Gyms or special events. Click For Non-Member Open Gym Forms)

Please print and fill out all three forms and mail with payment to:

In order to begin the registration process Flying High must receive all three forms (each form must be signed) with payment.

Each form is processed in the order received so please send in your forms as early as possible. If we are unable to place your child into the exact class requested we will work closely with you to meet your needs. You will then be able to decide if you would like to.

A. Choose to take another class.

B. Keep your form and payment on file for possible future placement.

C. Have your check returned to you.

Flying High's premier facility offers elite instruction in girls gymnastics, boys gymnastics, martial arts, dance, & fitness for children and adults of all ability levels serving residents of cook county and dupage county. Many of our gymnastics coaches started out in programs such as gymboree, sokol, park district gymnastics and IGI gymnastics, which results in a well rounded perspective for our own academy. In July of 2007 we expanded to include elite instruction in Martial Arts, Fitness classes including spinning (cycle), boot camps, core and strength training, Weight Training, mat exercises including abs abs abs and low cardio exercises for seniors, pilates & yoga. Our Dance program offers jazz, tapp, ballet & hip hop.
