Stellar Martial Arts classes are about self discovery. We use traditional Tae Kwon Do as our foundation but branch out in many directions to instill respect, responsibility, self discipline and confidence. Our classes focus on coordination, agility, strength and self control in a positive and controlled environment.  Come join us in a journey of self discovery for your inner star

Tots classes

 

 For children 6 and under     30 minutes 

For these classes we focus on fun while working on coordination in a very child friendly setting. The curriculum includes stretching, kicks, punches, and blocks. Tuesday – 5:30pm Thursday – 5:30pm

Children classes 

For children 6 – 14   1 hour    

This class works on coordination, agility and strength and begins to emphasis self control and goal setting. The curriculum includes stretching, kicks, punches and blocks. Self defense and movement combinations are introduced and advanced in accordance with skill level. Monday – 6:00pmWednesday – 6:00pm

Adult classes:

 1 hour 

This class works more on agility, strength, self preservation and self control. The curriculum includes stretching, kicks, punches, blocks, self defense and movement combinations are introduced and advanced in accordance with skill levels. 

Monday – 7:15pm 

Wednesday - 7:15pm

Flying High's premier facility offers elite instruction in girls gymnastics, boys gymnastics, martial arts, dance, & fitness for children and adults of all ability levels serving residents of cook county and dupage county. Many of our gymnastics coaches started out in programs such as gymboree, sokol, park district gymnastics and IGI gymnastics, which results in a well rounded perspective for our own academy. In July of 2007 we expanded to include elite instruction in Martial Arts, Fitness classes including spinning (cycle), boot camps, core and strength training, Weight Training, mat exercises including abs abs abs and low cardio exercises for seniors, pilates & yoga. Our Dance program offers jazz, tapp, ballet & hip hop.
