Fall/Winter 2007 Flying High Fitness Class Descriptions

BOOT CAMP
1 hour

Ready to be challenged during this fantastic workout that will include exercises to strengthen and tone all of your muscle groups? Then this class is for you! We will be utilizing jump ropes, exercise balls, tubing and much more to get the results you want. All fitness levels welcome!

Monday 4:05pm&Friday: 1:50pm

FULL BODY WEIGHT CLASS
1 hour

This class will challenge you to your limits. We will be doing strength training moves that will benefit ALL major muscle groups. We will use dumbbells, tubing, exercise balls, weight bars, and more. All fitness levels welcome!

Tuesday: 10:20am & 4:05pm  Wednesday: 9:05am 

Thursday: 9:05am & 5:00pmFriday 10:20am

GUT BUSTERS
30 minutes

30 minutes of abs, abs and more abs. Join us for this fabulous workout that will focus on exercises that work your core and abdominal areas. All fitness levels welcome!

Tuesday: 9:05am & 6:15pm Wednesday 4:15pm

YOUNG AT HEART
60 minutes

This Senior Cardiovascular and strength workout includes: Low impact cardio work that will range class to class, light weight training, and range of motion exercises. Strap on your silver sneakers, its time to make you seniors sizzle!

Tuesday: 9:00am & Thursday: 10:30am

INDOOR CYCLE
50 minutes

This class is a one of a kind cardio workout that will leave you wanting more! You will be challenged through hills and flat lands throughout this amazing workout. Don't forget your water bottle and towel. All fitness levels welcome!

Monday:5:15pm Tuesday: 5:15pm Wednesday 10:20am & 5:00pm

Thursday: 10:20am& 6:15pm, Friday: 9:05am & 12:35pm

Flying High's premier facility offers elite instruction in girls gymnastics, boys gymnastics, martial arts, dance, & fitness for children and adults of all ability levels serving residents of cook county and dupage county. Many of our gymnastics coaches started out in programs such as gymboree, sokol, park district gymnastics and IGI gymnastics, which results in a well rounded perspective for our own academy. In July of 2007 we expanded to include elite instruction in Martial Arts, Fitness classes including spinning (cycle), boot camps, core and strength training, Weight Training, mat exercises including abs abs abs and low cardio exercises for seniors, pilates & yoga. Our Dance program offers jazz, tapp, ballet & hip hop.
