Flying High has various levels of Girls Competitive Gymnastics. We offer Pre-Team,Compulsory Levels 4-6, and Optional Levels 7-10. We aim to have well rounded gymnasts at all of our competitive levels. Many of our girls are multi-talented and we encourage them to shine both in and outside of gymnastics.

Our “family” atmosphere creates an environment where all of our girls feel success and support from their fellow teammates and coaching staff. We pride ourselves on not just developing great gymnasts, but also wonderful young ladies!

“I would like to commend the coaches. It was crystal clear, even to us "moms", that our girls were light-years beyond their competition on Saturday because of the preparation and the coaching they have gotten over the last 5 months. The detail that our girls had in their routines already is what their competition hopes to have in another 5 months. I also appreciate that all of our girls were chosen for the team because they have the basic skills to do the tricks and so were prepared for Level 4 competition.
