Tuesdays 8-9pm September thru early June. For high school age and older. Anyone under 18 years must have a waiver signed by a guardian. Adults have the opportunity to brush up on some gymnastics skills or use our equipment to stay fit!
* This class focuses on agility, strength, self preservation and self control. The curriculum includes stretching, kicks, punches, blocks, self defense and movement combinations. Lesson plans are introduced and advanced in accordance with skill levels.
